Lifestyle Patios is a Brisbane-based patio and carport builder with consistent demand, an established sales team, and strong delivery capability. The business had scaled its marketing to match its growth and was generating strong enquiry volume. The opportunity was to make that system work harder and smarter.
The challenge was that volume and quality were not aligned, and the cost of that misalignment was significant. Around 350 enquiries per month were coming in across multiple channels, but roughly half of agency-generated leads and 30% of third-party leads were outside the serviceable area. The office team was spending time phoning 135 to 140 unworkable leads every month, instead of supporting the sales team to quote jobs.
The business was busy but inefficient. Spend was high, waste was higher, and there was no clear picture of what was actually working.
